This is one of my favorite recipes, literally, of all time. We make it at our house almost weekly as a quick, easy sweet treat that is cheap to make and has some nice macros.
It’s also about the easiest recipe ever. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl. Spray down a 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick spray. Evenly divide mixture into cups. Bake for five mins at 425. Then bake another 15 mins at 350. Bam… you’re done. Enjoy!
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 tbsp coconut sugar (or normal sugar)
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (or dairy milk… I guess)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup + 2 tbsp gluten free flour (or normal flour)
2.5 scoops of neutral or vanilla protein powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup choco chip optional
bake at 425 for 5 mins – bake at 350 for 15 mins
