That includes fitness classes, personal training sessions, talks and seminars on how to eat clean and healthy, as well as diet and nutritional creation and consultation.

Don't picture us as your normal 24 hour gym... we like to think of 44 fitness as your one stop shop to becoming a happier, healthier you.

We have certified sports nutritionists on staff who have worked with hundreds of clients over the years and know what works and doesn't work to help you lose weight and keep it off.

Every person is different so you can expect a personalized nutrition plan customized to your individual needs.

All of our clients have the option to weigh and measure themselves every four weeks as well as sit down with one of our trainers. This way we can figure out what is working or what isn't and adjust accordingly. Whether its adding in more cardio, changing your diet, or revisiting past goals, together we will figure out the best way to help you.

Our group classes are our bread and butter, but we also love working 1-on-1 with clients. Maybe it's working on a specific skill or you just need the individual attention to push yourself to the next level, 44 has your covered.
